At Everd., your absolute satisfaction is our top priority. We stand firmly behind the design and quality of our curated product range. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a straightforward, high-standard 30-day return policy with absolutely no hidden fees.

1. Return Window

You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date your package was physically delivered to your shipping address to request a return or an exchange.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must meet the following strict compliance criteria:

  • The product must be completely unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
  • It must be housed in its original manufacturing packaging, including all attached tags, protective layers, internal inserts, and instructional manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your Everd. order number or confirmation email) must accompany the return request.

3. Return Fees ( Free Returns)

  • Return Shipping Costs: We offer  FREE returns for all domestic customers in the United States. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email. You do not have to pay for return postage out of pocket.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees, administrative fees, or processing deductions. You will receive a full refund of your original transaction amount.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact Us: Email our support department at support@everd.shop with your original Order Number and the specific reason for the return.
  2. Receive Your Label: If your return meets our criteria, our system will generate a pre-paid return shipping label and clear drop-off instructions to your email within 24 hours.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original box, print the pre-paid label, affix it to the exterior of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (e.g., local USPS office).

*Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping box without contacting us first. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return package is delivered back to our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 2 business days to verify eligibility. Upon approval, your refund will be authorized immediately.

  • Refund Window: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Delays: Please note that depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the funds to officially post to your statement.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notice, please perform the following checks:

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card provider again, as it often takes processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@everd.shop, and we will trace the transaction manually.
