1. Shipping Currency & Destination

  • Target Market: We exclusively ship to all valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO) at this time to ensure guaranteed secure delivery.
  • Currency: All transactions, shipping calculations, and product prices on our store are displayed and processed strictly in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping:  FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden handling fees, no regional surcharges, and no recurring membership costs. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

3. Order Processing & Transit Timelines

To guarantee maximum operational efficiency, our fulfillment framework operates under fixed, strict cut-off and transit thresholds:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday morning.
  • Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This comprehensive stage includes order fraud verification, rigorous product quality control inspections, structural safety packaging, and safe dispatch to our premium logistics carrier.
  • Transit & Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the actual duration it takes for the carrier to transport the package from our logistics hub to your designated United States delivery address.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: Generally, you can expect your package to arrive securely within 8 to 16 business days from the date your order is successfully placed.

4. Order Tracking & Transparency

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the postal carrier, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and an active tracking link. You can monitor your package's real-time transit status 24/7 directly via our website or through major carrier networks (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL Enterprise).

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier network database after receiving your initial dispatch notification.

5. Address Modifications & Cancellations

We work rapidly to process and ship your orders. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our dedicated support team immediately at support@everd.shop within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order enters the physical handling and dispatch stage, we cannot alter or recall the shipment.

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Delays

While we partner exclusively with top-tier logistical networks, unforeseen delays (such as extreme weather events, customs clearance backlogs, or federal holidays) may occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within our stated 13 business day transit window, please contact us immediately.

If your items arrive physically damaged or broken due to transit handling, please retain all original packaging and send photographic evidence to support@everd.shop within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a 100% free expedited replacement or issue a full refund instantly.
